We start our journey to Ipoh in the early morning..
"Thanks" to Papago brought us to Restaurant Kong Heng using such a far route..
Reminder: Please do not use Papago if you are going to Ipoh from the north..(-_-!!)
Daddy and muumy was excited all the way because we are old "Ipoh" lang..
They stayed in Ipoh since they were young, left home town to find a living.
We reached our first destination..
Famous steamed egg. I find it quite sweet actually..

Finally the Hor Hee.. taste similar to Old Town chain store..
I think I can't differentiate which one is nicer.. haha
We asked the uncle sat in the counter if they sell "tea egg", my mummy's favorite..mine too.
They said they stop selling that for very long time already.
If we want to, we can go somewhere he describe quite far away.
In fact, the restaurant next to it, Thean Chun is selling the "tea egg"...(-_-!!)
There are signs in the restaurant saying certain food cannot bring over to next restaurant and vice versa.
