Valentine's Dinner in Angus House Japanese Charcoal Steak, Gurney Paragon

Hot bun..

Pan seared prawn with Angus special sauce..
For me, the taste of the sauce is similar to Pi Pa duck dressing..
It is nice too..

Crab chowder..Ok too..
I think for all seafood chowder.. the taste is quite similar.. :P

Look at the texture.. it is so yummy and tasty...
Awhhh....

My lamb rack..
I think is because the thickness of the lamb rack is different..
Some of it is hard to chew, some is just perfect.. 

Tiramisu for dessert


Overall, the food is nice..We took 2 hours to finish the courses...
Some of the customer was frustrated..
But fine dining.. expected...
We will come back again for the steak!!
